Job summary

PTC is seeking a Vice President, Global Procurement to lead a strategic, enterprise-wide transformation in technology vendor consolidation. You will direct a global team of procurement professionals, negotiating major contracts and establishing a multi-year roadmap to achieve dramatic cost savings.

Bring 12+ years in strategic sourcing with leadership, deep knowledge of SaaS/licensing economics, and experience building high-performing teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Progressive strategic sourcing and procurement experience with leadership exposure.
• Deep fluency in tech commercial models: SaaS, cloud, licensing, discounting.
• Proven track record in enterprise technology vendor consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global sourcing and procurement strategy aligned to corporate objectives.
• Lead executive-level negotiations on high-value contracts with major vendors.
• Build a multi-year RFP strategy for large-spend negotiations.
• Lead and shape a geographically dispersed global procurement team.
• Leverage procurement tech and analytics, including AI, to drive improvements.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT/R&D to align priorities and streamline vendor landscape.
• Advance responsible sourcing, supplier diversity, sustainability, and compliance.
