Job summary

PTC, based in Boston, MA, is seeking a Vice President, Global Procurement to lead a company-wide technology and vendor consolidation. You will drive strategic sourcing, negotiate major contracts, and build a high-performing global team to deliver measurable cost savings and business value.

You'll work with Finance, Legal, and IT/R&D, shape RFP strategies, and advance responsible sourcing including supplier diversity and regulatory compliance, reporting progress to executives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive strategic sourcing and procurement experience, including senior leadership.
• Hands-on track record leading enterprise-wide technology vendor consolidation.
• Fluency in SaaS, cloud pricing, licensing models, and vendor discount structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global sourcing and procurement strategy with a multi-year roadmap.
• Lead executive-level negotiations on high-value contracts and vendor agreements.
• Build out formal RFP strategy for large-spend negotiations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global procurement team across regions.
• Leverage procurement technology and analytics, and govern vendor data.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT/R&D to align priorities.
