Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategic sourcing and procurement with leadership experience.
• Led enterprise-wide technology vendor consolidation initiatives.
• Fluent in SaaS subscription metrics, cloud pricing, and software licensing.
• Negotiated large, complex enterprise technology agreements.
• Experience shifting from license-based to consumption-based models.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management across senior leaders.
• Experience building and leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, IT, CS, or related field.
• Based in or able to work regularly from Boston, MA headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global sourcing strategy with a multi-year roadmap for vendor and technology rationalization.
• Lead executive-level negotiations on high-value contracts and critical vendor agreements.
• Build and formalize an RFP strategy for large-spend negotiations.
• Lead a global procurement team across US, India, Romania, Brazil, and Europe.
• Leverage procurement tech and AI to surface process improvements and vendor insights.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT/R&D to align priorities and inform stakeholders.
