Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA or Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services with a background in credit analysis.
• Proven ability to produce thought leadership content across diverse formats.

Responsibilities

• Support research direction for Private Credit, prioritizing topics by market trends and client needs.
• Craft timely, forward-looking credit-focused research with analysts, from idea to publication.
• Collaborate with analysts to choose the best medium: reports, infographics, podcasts, videos, webinars, or presentations.
• Ensure research outputs strengthen Moody's thought leadership and credibility in private credit.
• Propose and vet research ideas while maintaining strong news and editorial judgment.
• Foster partnerships across Moody's teams to drive content quality and consistency.
• Produce talking points for print and television to extend Moody's private credit reach.
• Seek opportunities to improve the research process and impact.
