Moody's Corporation seeks an accomplished writer to lead executive communications for the CEO, CFO, and CAO, translating strategic priorities into impactful content across channels. You will build deep understanding of each leader's voice, ensure consistency, and surface opportunities by monitoring markets, regulation, and industry trends.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to maintain accuracy and alignment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional writing experience in corporate communications, journalism or related field.
• Ability to write across three executive voices with distinct positioning and tone.
• Strong research and industry monitoring to surface opportunities.
• Genuine interest in markets, credit, regulation, and Moody's sectors.
• Ability to draft and edit quickly under deadline pressure, including sensitive topics.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with executives, IR, and business partners.
• Excellent multi-project management and quality standards.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive executive communications and thought leadership for CEO, CFO, and CAO across platforms.
• Understand each executive's priorities and voice to ensure consistency and accessibility of content.
• Monitor industry news to surface relevant speaking, media, and thought leadership opportunities.
• Draft remarks, talking points, op-eds, briefing materials, and commentary across three voices.
• Write and edit enterprise content supporting Moody's brand and recognition campaigns.
• Support crisis and routine corporate communications with fast, accurate drafting.
• Partner with Reputation, Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations, and business teams for alignment.
• Track pipelines and outcomes to refine communications strategy.
