Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services with credit analysis background.
• Proven ability to write & edit thought leadership content across formats.

Responsibilities

• Support the direction of research activities for the Private Credit group, prioritizing topics by market trends and client needs.
• Craft timely, forward-looking credit-focused research in partnership with analysts from idea generation to publication.
• Collaborate with analysts to determine best medium for the message (reports, infographics, podcasts, video, social posts, webinars, presentations).
• Ensure research outputs reinforce Moody’s credibility in the private credit market.
• Propose and vet ideas while maintaining strong news and editorial judgment on creditworthiness across private credit sectors.
• Foster cross-team collaboration to drive content quality and consistency.
• Produce proprietary content including talking points for print and TV to extend Moody’s reach.
