New Edge Associates a Talent Acquisition Firm seeks a VP Private Client Group Banker to acquire and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, delivering comprehensive wealth strategies across investments, lending, and banking.

You will coordinate specialists to tailor financial solutions for domestic and international clients, with a focus on Latin America connections and sophisticated credit facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/JD/CFA/CFP preferred.
• Minimum five years of banking, investment, and lending experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
• Proven success acquiring and managing HNW/UHNW client relationships.
• Experience serving international clients, preferably with Latin American relationships.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and banking applications.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new HNW and UHNW clients through referrals, professional networks, prospecting, and business development activities.
• Manage and expand an established portfolio of private banking clients, increasing client assets, deposits, lending relationships, and overall revenue.
• Advise clients on their overall financial position, including investment management, asset allocation, wealth planning, liquidity, banking, and credit needs.
• Develop tailored financial strategies and investment proposals aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, investment horizon, and market conditions.
• Identify and structure complex lending opportunities, including securities‑backed loans, residential mortgages, and commercial real‑estate financing.
• Analyze client financial information and creditworthiness and prepare detailed credit proposals for local and Head Office credit committees.
• Coordinate with investment, credit, mortgage, treasury, and other product specialists to deliver integrated financial solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients and counterparties, particularly across Latin America, including Peru, Colombia, and Mexico.
• Monitor client portfolios, investment suitability, liquidity needs, credit exposure, and relationship performance while identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
• Manage client reviews, sales pipelines, account funding, pricing requests, CRM updates, and follow‑up activities.
• Participate in internal committees and ensure transactions and client relationships comply with applicable banking regulations, BSA requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, respond promptly to client requests, and deliver a high‑quality private banking experience.
