Job summary

BCI Miami seeks an accomplished Head of Private Client Group Bankers to lead a team of dual-hat bankers serving UHNW and high net worth clients across the Private Client Group. The role coordinates cross-border initiatives with Chile, Peru and Colombia, and implements the BCI Plan Internacional to position the bank in LATAM and the USA.

The Head will guide relationship management, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth in assets and deposits while developing talent within the PCG Bankers

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, MBA preferred.
• FINRA Series 7, 66 active and in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years in international personal or private banking.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCG Bankers team and drive regional sales strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and excellent client service.
• Develop and execute business plans and growth targets.
• Coordinate cross-border initiatives with Chile, Peru, Colombia.
• Travel as required.
