Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP of Private Banking to lead client acquisition and relationship management. The role acts as quarterback, coordinating with internal partners to deliver tailored wealth solutions, mortgages, and deposit products while cross-selling services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong client-service orientation, excellent communication, and a track record in wealth management and credit guidance, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university, or five years related experience.
• Strong client services orientation and ability to understand client needs.
• Knowledge of wealth management procedures and bank operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies for acquiring new Private Banking Clients through internal and external sources.
• Consult with clients and prospects to provide customized solutions and responsive service.
• Act as quarterback for Private Banking clients coordinating with internal partners.
• Sell bank deposit products and provide mortgage and consumer credit solutions.
• Cross-sell other bank products and monitor credit quality of existing clients.
• Take ownership of client relationships and coordinate with managers of ancillary relationships.
