Job summary

ReKruiting Advisors LLC. seeks a VP Private Client Group Banker in Miami to maintain, grow, and substantially expand a UHNW/HNW client book. You will deliver tailored wealth management strategies, coordinating internal specialists to meet complex goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead end-to-end advisory and private banking solutions, manage relationships, and actively engage across Latin America, Colombia, Mexico, and the USA, to understand needs and deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/University degree required.
• MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred.
• Active FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development & Relationship Management.
• Advise clients on balance sheet, asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, financing, credit and banking needs.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification through funding, including pipelines and reporting.
• Grow and maintain client relationships through periodic check-ins and portfolio reviews.
• Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients as needed.
• Engage with clients in Latin America and USA to tailor products and services.
• Identify risk factors (credit, operational, legal) timely.
• Assess suitability, risk appetite and investment horizon for each client.
• Acquire UHNW/HNW clients through referrals, network, and outreach.
• Build enduring multi-generational client relationships.
