Job summary

NewEdge Capital Group, through its NewEdge Family Office, seeks a Vice President, Relationship Manager in New York City to lead ultra-high-net-worth client relationships and coordinate with senior advisors across investment, estate strategy, tax optimization, and administration.

You will work with principals, families, and external advisors to deliver end-to-end client experiences, drive meetings, and manage governance and reporting processes in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in wealth management, trust, or family office with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Proven track record growing client relationships and managing teams.
• Experience supervising client service staff and coordinating with outside advisors.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day contact for UHNW family clients and their advisors.
• Coordinate with internal professionals and external attorneys/CPAs/trustees on tax and estate planning.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, and account structuring for new clients/investments.
• Anticipate needs, resolve complex service issues, and ensure top-tier service levels.
• Lead family meetings, investment reviews, and drive follow-up actions.
