Job summary

Clarity is seeking a Vice President, Private Capital Solutions to lead a growing team addressing capital and liquidity needs for private companies. You will engage founders, CFOs, and legal teams, originating mandates and building the team, sales practices, and operating discipline to sustain growth.

You will develop relationships, coach the PCS team, and shape offerings across primary raises, secondary transactions, buybacks, and related services, while collaborating with product and operations

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pre-IPO or secondaries markets, investment banking, or private capital advisory.
• Established track record of originating and winning corporate mandates.
• Strong network of senior private-company executives and venture investors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow and own strategic relationships with private companies and partners.
• Lead client discussions, pitches, and mandate negotiations to identify optimal capital solutions.
• Design and execute client acquisition and account coverage strategies from outreach to ongoing management.
• Coach the PCS team to high engagement, disciplined sales, and clear accountability.
• Contribute to product/operational shaping of offerings and translate issuer needs into solutions.
