Adams Street Partners is seeking a Vice President to lead liquidity optimization and financing for its Private Equity and Private Credit portfolios. The role collaborates across investment, operations, accounting, and tax teams to manage cash, facilities, and risk within dynamic portfolios.

Ideal candidates possess 5–7 years in investment management with private markets experience, advanced quantitative skills, and a track record of cross-team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a financial engineering mindset.
• Experience communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and independently execute projects while leading staff.

• Optimize liquidity and financing for portfolios across private equity and private credit.
• Build forward-looking cash flow models for deal pipeline and funding needs.
• Monitor portfolios, financing facilities, and leverage metrics.
• Coordinate with lenders on subscription lines, NAV facilities, and asset-backed facilities.
• Mentor Associates and Senior Associates on analytical practices and processes.
• Direct portfolio risk metrics and FX hedging activities.
