Job summary

CAIS is seeking a Vice President, Liquidity Solutions to build and scale the firm's liquidity solutions ecosystem across private markets. This role sits at the intersection of private markets, capital markets, product strategy, and distribution, and requires leadership across Product, Capital Markets, Operations, Technology, and Sales.

You will expand CAIS's liquidity capabilities, develop ecosystem partnerships, support advisor adoption, and design workflows that make liquidity solutions more

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in private markets, secondaries, or related capital markets.
• Strong relationship management and partnership development skills.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for leveraging technology to improve private markets access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CAIS's subject matter expert on private markets liquidity solutions.
• Develop relationships with asset managers, liquidity providers, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify and evaluate new liquidity opportunities and partnerships for the CAIS platform.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to build scalable advisor workflows.
• Support advisor education, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets and Sales on client engagement and adoption strategies.
• Leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency.
