Job summary

Barclays in Whippany, NJ seeks a Vice President Prime Services Negotiator to draft, negotiate and execute capital markets contracts for the Prime Services and Prime Derivative Services businesses.

This role involves handling cash prime brokerage agreements, futures, OTC clearing, ISDA master agreements, Intermediation agreements, GMRA/GMSLA and MSLA, and delivering high-quality service to sophisticated clients.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, negotiating and executing capital markets contract documents.
• Exposure to prime services, prime derivatives services and related financing.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders on risk, controls and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and execute capital markets agreements (ISDA, GMRA, MSLA, CX agreements).
• Coordinate with prime services and related financing businesses to ensure timely execution.
• Review and create transactional documents and due diligence materials.
• Advise stakeholders on risk, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Lead negotiations and guide junior team members as needed.
