Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking a VP of Preconstruction for its North American data center platform. The role leads the preconstruction function across a growing portfolio, shaping feasibility through early design development and construction readiness.

You will own budgeting, estimating, cost planning and benchmarking while driving standardized processes and risk mitigation across multi-market projects. The ideal candidate brings extensive leadership in preconstruction, deep experience with hyperscale

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in preconstruction or related discipline.
Strong track record delivering large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
Deep knowledge of conceptual estimating, cost planning and benchmarking.
Understanding of constructability, programme risk and procurement strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead the preconstruction function across a growing North American data center portfolio.
Own conceptual estimating, budgeting, cost planning and benchmarking across projects.
Develop and implement consistent preconstruction processes, standards, reporting and performance metrics.
Lead constructability reviews and identify key project risks early in development.
Support site evaluation, infrastructure planning and power-related due diligence.
