Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC seeks a VP O&M, Portfolio Operations & Performance to shape long-term strategy for portfolio operations, aligning safety, reliability, quality, cost and growth objectives.

You will provide executive oversight across Inventory Control, Maintenance Coordination, and QA/QC, and drive enterprise governance, performance dashboards and cross-functional collaboration. Domestic travel required; leadership of dispersed teams expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required across engineering, operations, business, supply chain, construction management or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; professional credentials are a plus where relevant.
• 15+ years of progressive operations/maintenance/asset management experience; 8+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategy for portfolio operations functions across safety, reliability, quality, cost and growth objectives.
• Provide executive oversight for inventory control, maintenance planning, scheduling and QA/QC governance.
• Establish enterprise governance, dashboards and decision rights for active portfolio management.
• Design and implement inspection programs, standard operating procedures and corrective-action governance.
• Direct inventory strategy and cross-functional coordination with supply chain, procurement and finance.
• Lead Tiger Team and major maintenance initiatives to improve productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Drive organizational transformation, performance improvement and leadership development across sites and regions.
