Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Program Manager, Platform Strategy & Launch Enablement to coordinate technology and data initiatives for priority product launches. You will serve as a key integrator across business, product, technology, CRM, data, analytics, and platform teams to ensure readiness and alignment with timelines.

The role focuses on bringing together related efforts, tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and readiness, while providing leadership with clear updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, PMO, business operations, platform operations, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating complex technology and data initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management activities across technology and data initiatives supporting designated launch brands.
• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decisions across participating teams.
• Coordinate activities across CRM, data, analytics, reporting, and platform workstreams.
• Monitor progress against delivery commitments and identify risks to launch timelines.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning, status reviews, and readiness discussions.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, presentations, and leadership updates.
