Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or platform operations.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing global teams and/or managed service providers.
• Experience operating in hybrid environments across cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, infrastructure services, and operational best practices.
• Experience building or scaling reliability engineering or modern operations functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global platform operations across cloud, data centers, and enterprise applications.
• Define and execute a platform operations strategy covering compute, storage, cloud, databases, backup, and monitoring.
• Build and mature a platform reliability engineering function focused on automation and resilience.
• Oversee hybrid infrastructure environments including cloud platforms and on-premise systems.
• Partner with architecture and security teams to deliver secure platform services.
