Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a Global Head of Infrastructure & Cloud Operations to lead platform engineering, cloud operations, and AI-enabled infrastructure. You will oversee shared technology services, drive modern, self-service platforms, and scale the Budapest hub as a center of excellence.

The role requires senior leadershiop experience, budget management, and strong stakeholder collaboration with the CTO and Technology Leadership Team.

Qualifications

Significant senior leadership experience building or operating enterprise-scale cloud, data or AI platforms.
Proven ability to turn infrastruture, cloud, data or AI capabilities into reusable self-service platforms.
Deep working knowledge of Azure, modern data platforms, DevOps, automation, infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

Build the platform that others build on, enabling rapid tool creation by teams.
Own the AI & data platform run-state for analytics and AI use-cases at scale.
Set a product mindset for the platform with roadmap, adoption and developer experience.
Run reliable, secure operations including availability, incident response and service mgmt.
Modernize and automate operations with AI-assisted tooling and cost control.
Lead and develop a globally distributed leadership team across multiple domains.
