Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems; MS or MBA preferred.
15+ years in IT infrastructure and operations with at least 7+ years in global leadership roles.
Experience managing hybrid cloud environments and large-scale enterprise workloads.
Strong background in manufacturing IT and regulated environments.
Proven track record in service delivery, vendor management, and global team leadership.
Certifications in ITIL, cloud architecture, security preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global Platform Operations strategy across compute, storage, cloud, database, backup.
Establish operating models, SLOs/SLAs, and governance aligned to ITIL.
Lead platform design with security and architecture partners.
Oversee hybrid data center, cloud, and edge operations.
Drive IaC, automation, and self-service provisioning.
Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Own operating budgets and drive FinOps.
