Job summary

SolutionHealth is hiring a Platform Engineer to maintain and improve enterprise platform services across cloud and on-prem environments. You will operate, troubleshoot, and document infrastructure while partnering with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams.

The role requires 3+ years in IT infrastructure operations, relevant certifications, and a strong grasp of servers, virtualization, storage, and cloud technologies. On-site work in Manchester/Nashua NH is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years IT infrastructure operations experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent in IT.
• Relevant certifications or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Knowledge of servers, virtualization, storage, cloud, and backups.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation, monitoring, maintenance of enterprise platform services.
• Handle incident response, service restoration, and change implementations.
• Maintain documentation, inventory, and knowledge articles.
• Assist with patching, backups, and capacity reviews.
• Escalate risks promptly when patient care could be affected.
