Job summary

Aboon seeks a senior operations leader to scale plan administration and relationship management, driving AI-powered servicing. You’ll own the operational engine—processes, tech, and team—and design workflows that leverage AI to improve efficiency and accuracy.

You will report to the COO and influence the company’s operating culture. Join a lean, fully remote team and build a world-class operation with SLAs, quality metrics, and training, while staying aligned with ERISA and related rules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retirement plan administration or related operations.
• Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL rules governing qualified plans.
• Proven track record scaling operations through processes and technology.
• Experience setting SLAs and service-delivery models in high-volume environments.
• Real enthusiasm for using AI and automation to improve operations.
• Strong people leadership: recruiting, coaching, developing, and retaining talent.
• Clear communication and ability to explain decisions and reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the plan services function with clear processes and documentation.
• Lead the digital transformation by adopting AI and workflow automation across servicing operations.
• Build, recruit, develop, and retain a world-class operations team with a mission-driven culture.
• Be the in-house subject matter expert on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Own compliance and risk management with monitoring and reporting integrated into workflows.
