Harris Health seeks a visionary VP Pharmacy Services to lead enterprise-wide pharmacy operations focused on quality, patient safety and transform pharmacy services. You will design strategies, manage resources, and collaborate with medical, nursing, and executive leaders to advance the system’s goals.

The role requires extensive pharmacy leadership, 15+ years of experience, a PharmD or science degree, and TX licensure within 90 days; residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field or PharmD (Residency Preferred)
• Masters degree preferred; if not held, must be obtained within 3 years of hire
• TX BOP License; must obtain Texas license within first 90 days of employment
• Fifteen (15) years of Pharmacy experience
• Ten (10) years of Management/Operations experience in director level or above
• Strong communication skills: verbal (public speaking), writing/reports; heavy public contact
