Job summary

Machinify is a healthcare intelligence leader seeking a senior leader to own and scale its Pharmacy operations. You will guide a multi-layer team, influence strategy with clients, and partner with product and engineering to deliver high-impact improvements.

The role emphasizes recovery performance, operational excellence, and culture with frequent client interactions and cross-functional collaboration to maximize financial outcomes for health plans.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership in pharmacy operations or PBM environments.
• Proven record of improving performance through process redesign.
• Executive communication with senior leadership and clients.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to define requirements and deliver tooling improvements.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims, COB, and reimbursement mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations and direct reports from Senior Manager to Director.
• Drive workflow optimization and reduce non-value steps.
• Partner with software engineers to implement tooling improvements.
• Present regularly to All Hands and clients.
• Build culture and engage employees across levels.
