Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all pharmacy operations, aligning goals with organizational strategy.
• Oversee performance metrics, workflow optimization, and service delivery across specialty and non-specialty lines.
• Manage revenue cycle, payer relations, and hub operations; resolve complex issues with stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audits, and HIPAA/privacy program coordination.
• Lead and develop senior operations leaders; collaborate with finance, HR, IT, and clinical leadership.
