Ro is seeking a VP of Pharmacy Operations to lead end-to-end fulfillment across a multi-site network, owning performance, service levels, regulatory compliance, and financial outcomes. The role requires collaboration with Supply Chain, Tech, Finance, Quality & Safety, and Legal teams, and involves regular travel to other sites, including Florida and California.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in pharmacy operations, fulfillment, or supply chain.
• Experience leading large-scale mail-order or high-volume fulfillment.
• Expertise in workforce planning and scaling operations.
• Experience with automation and systems integration.
• Knowledge of pharmacy licensing, compliance, and quality standards.
• Data-driven with ownership of unit economics and KPIs.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven people leadership in high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own network-wide operational performance with KPI reporting and forecasting.
• Lead large-scale operational excellence and cost reduction initiatives.
• Own automation systems strategy, uptime, and throughput.
• Lead network routing and fulfillment performance improvements.
• Plan workforce strategy and staffing aligned with demand.
• Develop a high-performing operations organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for end-to-end execution.
• Manage pharmacy licensing strategy across states.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, Board of Pharmacy, OSHA.
• Lead transformation initiatives for automation and scaling.
• Translate business strategy into scalable operations for executives.
