Job summary

Machinify is seeking a senior leader to scale our pharmacy operations. You will own performance, culture, and continuous improvement of a multi-layered team, translating strategy into actionable changes that drive recovery and efficiency.

The VP will lead an organization from Senior Manager to Director, coaching managers, removing waste from workflows, and partnering with technology to deliver automated solutions.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in pharmacy operations or related domain, including experience managing managers.
• Proven track record improving operational performance through process redesign.
• Fluency with operational systems and data; able to learn a new platform quickly.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to define requirements and deliver tooling or automation improvements.
• Executive‑level written and verbal communication with senior leadership and external clients.
• Experience building and executing consistent, well‑documented performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pharmacy operations organization with direct reports from Senior Manager through Director level.
• Build and sustain a high-performance, accountable culture.
• Coach and train managers with clear, well‑documented performance conversations.
• Identify and remove waste; drive workflow optimization and automation.
• Partner with Software Engineering to scope and prioritize custom solutions.
• Present updates internally at All Hands and to external clients as needed.
• Interface with executives and drive cross-functional change initiatives.
