Qualifications

• 8+ years in product mgmt, data analytics, or related field
• Strong product lifecycle expertise from discovery to launch
• Experience with data governance and privacy
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Lead discovery efforts, conducting research with data sources and translating findings into roadmaps
• Builds framework and tracks key metrics: cost, features, reliability
• Translate research into epics and user stories; manage backlog and delivery across discovery, launch, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Data Owners and partner stakeholders for data discovery and ML/AI solutions
• Champion data governance, lineage, quality, auditability, and explainability across data and AI decisions
• Uphold responsible AI and data practices with risk, privacy, and compliance teams
