Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager on the Chase Travel Customer Growth and Relevance team.

You will own a pillar, build capabilities for more relevant and personal experiences on the Chase Travel platform, and collaborate with product, engineering, data science, analytics, design, and marketing to translate data into measurable growth. You will lead end-to-end product ownership, define strategy, and drive experiments to validate hypotheses.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management or closely related domain with measurable outcomes.
Lead end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, execution, optimization.
Strong data fluency; define metrics and analyze behavior.
Hands-on experimentation incl. A/B testing; coach talent.
Thrive in ambiguity with a self-starter mindset and clear communication.

Responsibilities

Owns end-to-end product ownership for a pillar within Chase Travel Growth and Relevance.
Shapes vision, strategy, and roadmap for relevant travel experiences across the platform.
Defines success metrics and KPIs and ensures delivery of impact across engagement and loyalty.
Designs and interprets experiments to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.
Leads Agile delivery and collaborates with engineering, data science, analytics, design, and marketing.
