Job description

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is seeking a data-driven, strategic VP, Performance Marketing to lead our digital growth engine. This role will own customer acquisition, website and content performance, and marketing analytics. You’ll oversee a high-leverage team — including our Director of Content and Marketing Analytics Manager — and manage agency partnerships to drive results at scale.

This is a full timeposition and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Preferred Location

This is a remote,home-office based role and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered

Travel Requirements

Expected travel is 10% for this role

Essential Functions

  • Lead digital acquisition across all channels: paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, affiliate, and retargeting
  • Own website performance: Drive conversion strategy and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across company-managed websites and landing pages, including primary ownership of Construction.com
  • Act as the key liaison with internal engineering and/or external development partners to scope, prioritize, and implement website enhancements or technical changes
  • Oversee content performance: Collaborate with the Director of Content to ensure content drives pipeline impact and aligns with SEO best practices
  • Drive SEO/SEM strategy and execution: Use tools like SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics to optimize visibility and efficiency
  • Lead marketing analytics: Partner with the Marketing Analytics Manager to develop dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights
  • Manage agency relationships: Own performance agency oversight and ensure external partners deliver against benchmarks
  • Forecast, budget, and report: Own planning and accountability for digital performance metrics and spend
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Align with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to drive demand and conversion
  • Partner with Rev Ops to define and continue to refine lead prioritization logic

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with deep expertise in performance/growth marketing
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-channel campaigns and full-funnel optimization
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams (content, analytics, digital)
  • Strong command of SEO/SEM, analytics, attribution modeling, and A/B testing
  • Fluency with tools like SEMrush, Moz, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Tableau/Looker
  • Track record of building and scaling digital programs that drive revenue growth
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and influence skills

Salary Disclosure

Base Salary Range: $180,000-$220,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job-related factors. Dodge Construction Network’s compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
