Pindrop is seeking a highly experienced VP of People Operations to lead and scale the People function across the organization. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will shape strategy, drive execution, and build a high-performing team aligned to business outcomes.

You will partner with executives, translate priorities into actionable plans, champion AI-enabled processes, and foster a culture of accountability, learning, and inclusion while delivering measurable results for a rapidly

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive People/HR experience with senior leadership.
Prior VP-level experience or equivalent scope strongly preferred.
Experience building and scaling People teams, operating models, and programs.
Demonstrated ability to apply AI to improve organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities

Translate business priorities into actionable People strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Advise executives on workforce planning, talent, and organizational effectiveness.
Lead ELT Talent and Organizational Business Review with cross-functional partners.
Lead AI transformation and upskilling initiatives across the organization.
