We’re looking for an inspiring and experienced VP of People & Culture for our US sites to join our global People & Culture team. Reporting directly to HiBob’s Chief People Officer, this role is a strategic and hands-on position, perfect for someone passionate about people, culture, and driving meaningful change at scale. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our people strategy for the US, ensuring it aligns with HiBob’s global vision while tailoring it to the needs of our growing team across the region.

Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday). We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in person, and we hope you will too!
Base salaries for this role range from $225,000 - $300,000 per year. This role has an additional variable compensation component.
