JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a senior Product Manager for Payments, Digital & Design, Access Connectivity, Data Reporting & Transaction Services in New Jersey.

You will lead end-to-end product development, own the strategic roadmap, and drive client value across H2H and API data reporting. The role requires deep Payments expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a focus on scalability, resiliency, and modernization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent in product management or relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Strong leadership capability, with experience setting direction, influencing senior stakeholders, developing talent, and leading teams through complex product, organizational, and technology change.
• Deep technical and architecture understanding, with ability to engage with engineering on APIs, H2H connectivity, data models, integration patterns, and modernization.
• Proven product development and commercialization experience, including taking products from concept through launch, establishing client value propositions, pricing or monetization, driving adoption, and managing ongoing performance.
• Demonstrated ability to run a product portfolio as a business, balancing growth, client experience, financial outcomes, investment priorities, operational performance, risk, and controls.
• Deep end-to-end Payments domain expertise, including payment processing, account and transaction reporting, client connectivity, data flows, servicing, operations, and needs of corporate and financial institution clients.
• Ability to lead across multiple channels, products, and regions, adapting quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining ownership and execution discipline.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Architecture, Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Controls, and regional stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication, commercial judgment, and client engagement skills, with ability to simplify complex issues and create alignment across senior stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Leads the end-to-end Access Connectivity (H2H and API) Data Reporting & Transaction Services portfolio, balancing growth with modernization and performance of existing products.
• Operates with a business-owner mindset, establishing clear priorities and driving disciplined decisions across client value, revenue growth, investment, cost, risk, controls, scalability, and performance.
• Defines and executes the strategy for expanding ISO 20022-based reporting capabilities, including design, readiness, adoption, pricing, and ongoing performance.
• Partners with Technology and Architecture to translate strategy into scalable capabilities and guide decisions on APIs, data models, and modernization.
• Drives commercialization and go-to-market in partnership with Sales, Client Service, Marketing, Finance, and regional teams, including pricing and adoption.
• Leads across H2H, API, Online, and other reporting channels to create a consistent client proposition and reduce fragmentation.
• Builds strong, empowered product teams and fosters accountability, judgment, talent development, and leadership succession
