Job summary

• 8+ years delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Directs end-to-end product delivery journey from intake to go-live.
• Owns change management across partners ensuring risk/compliance.
• Maintains visibility over timelines and dependencies; manage blockers.
• Coaches delivery team on resource management and deployment techniques.
• Builds business cases for strategic programs aligned to the roadmap.
• Communicates roadmap priorities and delivery status to stakeholders.
• Establishes governance forums for alignment and decisions.
• Coordinates cross-functional delivery teams and accountability.
• Identifies risks and escalates with options and impacts.
• Defines success metrics and reports progress with actionable insights.
