Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in operations leadership within payments with 7+ years of experience.
• Proficient in payments operations tools and defining enhancement requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of global payment processing operations, products, systems and regulations.
• Experience with automation technologies to optimize payments processing.
• Strong data analysis to inform senior stakeholders with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity controls and anti-fraud strategies.
