Responsibilities

• Lead teams for end-to-end payments lifecycle operations, setting objectives and ensuring quality and compliance.
• Apply products/payments knowledge to identify needs and design innovative, automated solutions.
• Drive initiatives to enhance client experience, cybersecurity, and anti-fraud strategies.
• Present operational updates to senior leadership and external clients; manage production risk and issues.
• Develop staff through coaching and mentoring to promote growth and service excellence.
