Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a senior market leader to drive strategy and growth across a defined state or group of states. You will manage key stakeholder relationships with payers, state entities, and quality organizations while aligning local initiatives with company-wide OKRs and revenue priorities.

In this remote-first role, you will direct market operations, oversee market staff, and collaborate with central teams to maximize financial performance and outcomes across Aledade’s network.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of client-facing project lead experience in healthcare.
• 8+ years of management experience in leadership roles.
• 5+ years of Value Based Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Sets strategic direction for market(s) and drives OHOKRs.
• Develops and maintains external stakeholder relationships including payers, state entities and quality institutes.
• Leads market leadership meetings, strategy reviews, and alignment of growth initiatives.
• Oversees market operations, financial accountability, and collaboration with central and local teams.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for important initiatives and guides market staff.
