Job summary
EVERSANA is seeking a Vice President of Reporting & Analytics, Patient Services, to lead strategy, development, and delivery of data-driven solutions for BioPharma clients. This leader will drive insights, scalability, and measurable outcomes while collaborating across Client Services, Operations, Product, Data, and IT.
The role requires 12+ years in healthcare data analytics, expert SQL/Tableau/Power BI, and strong client-facing leadership.
Qualifications
- Education in healthcare, health policy, STEM or business.
- 12+ years of healthcare data analytics experience with client engagement.
- Hands-on analytics with KPI definition, insights, and storytelling.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and client-facing work.
Responsibilities
- Lead reporting, analytics, and insights for Patient Services clients.
- Oversee onsite and offshore analytics teams; conduct data deep dives.
- Define strategic roadmap for actionable analytics offerings.
- Collaborate with product, IT, and operations to deliver solutions.
- Support business development and client pitches with analytics insights.
- Develop scalable best practices and documentation for the team.
- Translate data into strategic recommendations to drive ROI.
