Job summary

AssistRx is a specialty pharmacy hub services company focused on therapy initiation and patient access programs. We are seeking a Director/VP, Insights to Action to lead a small but high-impact analytics team, driving rigorous analyses while mentoring three Data Scientists.

The role blends hands-on analysis with leadership, shaping data standards and engaging with market access, patient services, and commercial leadership to translate complex findings into actionable client narratives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience in leading a small analytics team is essential.
• Strong SQL skills and cloud data warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in Python or R is required.
• Experience with ThoughtSpot or Power BI is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a three-person Data Science team; personal analytical output alongside management duties.
• Own end-to-end delivery of program analytics for pharma manufacturer clients; prepare QBRs and insights.
• Define and maintain KPI framework across hub program performance across six families.
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure reliable, governed data inputs.
• Contribute to ITA product roadmap and analytics self-service strategy.
• Support commercial positioning, RFPs, pricing discussions, and go-to-market materials.
