Verastem Oncology is seeking a Senior leader to shape and drive an analytics engine that powers commercial performance and strategic decisions. The VP will unify data across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs, delivering predictive insights and scalable data governance.

The role sits at the center of Commercial and Finance, guiding forecasting, market sizing, and launch readiness with a focus on data-driven growth and enterprise analytics maturity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in biopharma, healthcare, consulting, or analytics.
• Proven leadership in commercial analytics, forecasting, or insights functions.
• Deep understanding of pharma data sources, patient journeys, and market dynamics.
• Experience integrating data from hubs, specialty pharmacies, and specialty distributors.
• Experience supporting oncology product launches.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics supporting Sales, Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and Executive Leadership.
• Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance management systems.
• Deliver actionable insights that identify growth opportunities, risks, and priorities.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to optimize targeting, segmentation, and resource allocation.
• Own enterprise commercial data strategy (acquisition, integration, governance, and quality).
• Lead forecasting for marketed products and pipeline assets.
• Build market intelligence capability and track competitive landscape and reimbursement trends.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable strategy recommendations.
