Job summary

EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING seeks a skilled analyst to support market assessment, analytics, and strategy development for biopharma, med tech, and digital therapeutics clients. The role involves leading research, synthesizing insights, and delivering client-ready analyses and presentations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in life sciences consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant concentration (e.g., business, economics, life sciences, engineering) with a strong academic record.
1+ year of experience at a life science consultancy, with experience working on multiple projects and handling associate/analyst-level responsibilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead targeted secondary research (e.g., desk research, secondary data analysis) and primary research (e.g., interviews with key opinion leaders / insurance payers) with minimal oversight.
Synthesize research insights to develop logical and effective client recommendations.
Independently run work streams, meet deadlines, and assist junior team members as necessary.
Develop high-quality client communications and deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel models).
Communicate verbal and written information in a clear and concise fashion.
Contribute to the development of the firm’s capabilities and infrastructure.
