Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare, health policy, STEM or business.
• 12+ years of healthcare data analytics experience with patient-level data.
• Experience defining standard metrics and KPIs for clients and delivering insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts, onsite and offshore, delivering reporting, analytics, and insights.
• Develop and deliver actionable analytics solutions aligned with client needs and KPIs.
• Provide strategic vision and roadmap for innovative analytics offerings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Client Services, Operations, Product, IT and Data.
• Support business development with pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
• Serve as analytics lead for Patient Services pitches and marketing initiatives.
• Establish scalable best practices and product offerings for the analytics team.
