Job summary

Vertical Insure is seeking a senior leader to drive partner implementation across Core, Growth, and Launch verticals. You will shape the strategy, operating model, and roadmap for onboarding partners, coordinating cross-functional teams to accelerate activation and revenue growth.

This role emphasizes program management at scale, executive decision-making, and building a high-performing implementation organization in a hybrid Minneapolis office environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementation, partner integration, or delivery leadership.
• Proven ability to build and scale operating models and processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional execution across engineering, product, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year vision and program roadmap for partner implementation.
• Manage activation as a portfolio and program across multiple verticals.
• Lead cross-functional executive relationships and governance for initiatives.
• Establish metrics and governance to monitor implementation health and throughput.
