Job summary

Vertical Insure is seeking a Vice President, Partner Implementation to lead strategy, vision, and execution for embedding insurance products with partners. The role drives portfolio-level activation across Core, Growth, and Launch verticals, aligning partnerships with revenue expansion and scale.

You will own the operating model, governances, and playbooks to accelerate partner onboarding, while coaching a high-performing team and coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Insurance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementation, partner integration, technical program management, or delivery leadership.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management background is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year vision and operating strategy for partner implementation, translating growth goals into a clear program roadmap.
• Manage partner activation as a portfolio and a program across Core, Growth, and Launch verticals to maximize throughput and revenue impact.
• Provide big-picture perspective to prioritize investments, partnerships, and where to accelerate.
• Own the implementation operating model, playbooks, tooling, stage gates, and governance to scale activation.
