Vertical Insure, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Vice President, Partner Implementation to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for embedding insurance with partners.

This senior role scales activation across Core, Growth, and Launch verticals and directly drives revenue growth. You will own the full partner implementation lifecycle, build scalable operating models, govern stage gates, and align executive teams across Sales, Customer, Product, Engineering, and Insurance to accelerate

Qualifications

• 10+ years of implementation, partner integration, or delivery leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and executive-level communication.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or embedded platforms is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to scale operating models and activation pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year vision and operating strategy for partner implementation with a clear roadmap.
• Manage activation as a portfolio across Core, Growth, and Launch verticals to maximize throughput.
• Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources with executive alignment.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer, Product, Engineering, and Insurance.
