Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics, data, and business strategy in a global org.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing analytics teams.
• Experience shaping analytics strategy across complex stakeholder groups.
• Able to engage and influence senior executives via insights and storytelling.
• Bridge business strategy with data science, reporting, and analytics.
• Understanding of data governance and self-service reporting models.
• Familiar with modern data platforms and BI tools.
• Able to present insights clearly to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities across stakeholders.
• Build and lead a global analytics team embedded with lines of business.
• Establish the function as a trusted advisor to senior executives (CFOs/COOs).
• Prioritize sequencing across competing needs and balance near-term and longer-term goals.
• Drive proactive analytics to identify workforce and talent patterns and risks.
• Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc business questions and workforce inquiries.
• Develop self-service capabilities for reliable insights without manual work.
• Define trusted data foundations, metrics, and governance standards.
• Develop executive-ready presentations that communicate complex insights clearly.
