Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics, data, and business strategy experience in a large, global organization.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing advisory teams with internal demand.
• Strong track record engaging senior executives through analytics and storytelling.
• Experience bridging business strategy with data science, reporting, and insights.
• Executive presence with ability to present to senior leaders.
• Strategic thinker connecting data to commercial and workforce outcomes.
• Collaborative leader with cross-functional influence across matrixed teams.
• Comfort in high-visibility, high-stakes environments.
• Experience defining advisory function metrics and impact on business outcomes.
• Proficiency with analytics and presentation tools for executive advisory engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and lead a team of HR Analytics Advisors embedded across lines of business and HR functions.
• Establish function as trusted advisor to senior executives including HR heads, LOB leaders, CFOs and COOs.
• Drive analytics to identify workforce patterns, risks, and opportunities and develop action plans.
• Provide responsive data-driven insights to address ad-hoc business questions.
• Deliver deep, HR-focused insights aligned to performance reviews, succession planning, and talent allocation.
• Contextualize data insights within business strategies and priorities for executives.
• Develop executive-ready presentations that clearly and persuasively communicate insights.
• Maintain high-quality analysis and storytelling that drives action.
• Partner with BI to automate recurring reporting and enhance self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with AI/DS teams to shape predictive models and derivative features.
• Work with the Chief Data Office on data governance and entitlement controls.
