Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Vice President, Project Management – Owner’s Representative Engineering Services to lead complex owner’s representative assignments and drive growth across markets. The role blends technical leadership, client relations, project oversight, mentoring, and business development to translate owner priorities into effective delivery strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in building engineering, technical advisory, or owner’s representative services.
• Professional Engineer licensure (PE).
• Professional licensure or credentials such as RA, PMP, CCM, or similar preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on owner-side assignments for institutional, developer, portfolio, or corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of building systems, project delivery, procurement, risk management, and governance processes.
• Ability to provide senior technical leadership while managing stakeholder relationships and contributing to growth.
• Experience supporting proposals, client presentations, and strategic pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner’s representative assignments for major or complex projects, serving as senior client contact.
• Represent owner interests across feasibility, procurement, design oversight, construction, turnover and closeout.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering advisory and project support aligned with owner objectives (scope, quality, budget, schedule, risk).
• Provide senior technical oversight on feasibility studies, technical assessments, options analyses, procurement strategies, design reviews.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
