Job summary

WSP USA Buildings Inc. is seeking a Senior Professional – Owner’s Representative Engineering Services to provide day-to-day technical and project coordination support for owner’s representative assignments within Property & Buildings.

You will assist planning, design review, procurement, construction-phase coordination, closeout, and client reporting across complex projects. Ideal candidates have strong practical knowledge of project delivery, can work independently, and exhibit excellent

Qualifications

• Well-developed knowledge of project delivery processes.
• Ability to work independently on defined assignments with minimal guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for status updates and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead project support tasks: coordinate information, trackers, deliverables, and schedules.
• Assist planning studies, existing conditions reviews, and options analyses.
• Review documents for consistency and alignment with owner requirements.
• Coordinate input from internal and external teams for design reviews and procurement.
• Prepare meeting notes, status summaries, and client materials.
• Track scope, milestones, risks; escalate to leadership when needed.
• Participate in meetings, field reviews, site visits to collect information.
• Support procurement through document assembly and bid process coordination.
• Contribute to construction-phase support: submittals, changes, and questions.
• Assist commissioning coordination and turnover documentation.
